Location & Program:Amarillo, Texas – IDD Service Coordination
Salary Range:
Salary: $53,643.20 Annually
Shift Available: Full-time

Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Staff will maintain ethical and professional communications at all times using respectful Trauma-Informed Care language
- Responsibilities will include hiring, assigning, and supervising service coordinators
- Duties will also include coordinating, linking, and monitoring of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Will also provide ongoing assessments, treatment planning, and other service coordination activities
- Adheres to TPC Business Code of Conduct and reports concerns if ethical and/or business standards defined in the code are compromised
Required qualifications to be successful in the job:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum two (2) years of case management experience
- Minimum one (1) year of paid supervisory experience
- Graduate work in a related field may be substituted for up to one (1) year of experience
- Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Good writing and verbal skills
- Good organizational skills
- The ability to meet deadlines
- The ability to work harmoniously with others
- Must have a valid Texas driver’s license and be insurable under agency vehicle policy
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Preferred qualifications to be successful in the job:
- Some experience working with individuals diagnosed with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Knowledgeable of community resources
