Location & Program:Amarillo, Texas – FAYS Program
Salary Range:
Case Manager II: $43,305.60 Annually
Case Manager III: $46,009.60 Annually
Shift Available: Full-time
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Staff will maintain ethical and professional communications at all times using respectful Trauma-Informed Care language
- Serves as a clinician for TPC Family & Youth Success Program (formally known as STAR Program)
- Prevention and early intervention position that will be responsible for screening and assessment, crisis intervention, family & individual curriculum based sessions, skills training classes, and community outreach
- Will provide services in a variety of settings, including home, school, and community
- Will need to participate in rotating on-call schedule shared with all team members
- Will need to help provide services and coverage in Amarillo & throughout Texas Panhandle communities
Required qualifications to be successful in the job:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with a major in psychology, sociology, social work, counseling, or other related human services field
- At least one (1) year experience directly working with at-risk youth and families
- For Case Manager II, one (1) year experience of behavioral health case management
- For Case Manager III, two (2) years experience of behavioral health case management
- Graduate work in a related field may be substituted for up to one (1) year of experience
- Must have a valid Texas driver’s license and be insurable under agency vehicle policy
- Must be 18 years of age or older
