Autism Program

Program Focus

The focus of the Autism Program is to provide individualized and group treatment that will teach children the necessary skills to function appropriately within their families and community. Program staff will work closely with parents to instruct them on using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) procedures to help their children achieve their maximum level of functioning.

The Autism Program will provide services in a therapeutic setting using the principals of ABA, teaching in the areas of:

  • Appropriate Behaviors
  • Self-care
  • Communication
  • Social Interaction
  • Academics

Program Location and Hours

  • Located at 901 Wallace Boulevard in Amarillo, TX
  • Hours of operation: M-F 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Cost of Services

Texas Panhandle Centers Autism Program is based on a sliding scale. Insurance and private pay also accepted.
